What is FEED 100?
It's that time of the year for our Feed 100 event! Feed 100 is all about making the holidays brighter for 200 families in need, providing them with essential food for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, totaling 400 baskets for the 2025 holiday season.
In 2024, the Dreams of Hope Foundation proudly served over 200 families thanks to the dedication of more than 35 incredible volunteers who packed and distributed food boxes to local households in need. This year, we’re aiming even higher.
Our 2025 Holiday Food Pantry is set for November 21, 2025, and we’re on a heartfelt mission to bring comfort and joy to families across Newport News during the holiday season.
We know this time of year can be challenging, and our goal is to ensure that every family can gather around the table and share a traditional holiday meal, without the stress of financial strain. With your support: whether through volunteering, donating, or spreading the word: we can continue to bring hope, nourishment, and community to those who need it most. Together, we can make this season brighter for families across our city.

We are looking for volunteers to help package 100+ food donations into special food boxes catered to individual family needs.
Volunteers will be needed
Nov 17th -Nov 21st, 9AM– 3PM.
If you would like to volunteer outside of the designated time frame, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Sponsorship
We are looking for sponsors to support individual families. Sponsors will receive a personalized thank you letter from the family they support.
Sponsors can submit their donations via PayPal, Cash App, and Check.
