Service Description

Dreams of Hope provides transportation for registered participants to community outings for individuals with Serious Mental Illness. Dreams of Hope provides transportation to appointments for individuals who are not eligible for transportation through their insurance. Individuals serviced through this program have been driven to food banks, stores for food shopping, the pharmacy, laundromats, etc. Special Eligibility requirements
