Service Description

DOH will assist with picking up medications and dropping mediations off to clients who are enrolled in any eligible program of DOH. Clients must sign a DOH transfer form in order for medications to be picked up. Clients must sign when they receive their medications. The only pharmacy that medications will be picked up from is CornerStoneRX in Hampton.
